London-based Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners revealed to ARCHITECT their designs for the new location for the International Spy Museum at 900 L'Enfant Plaza. The renderings reveal a trapezoidal glassy building with six stories and an adjacent courtyard. The building will span roughly 100,000-square-feet and will have a rooftop terrace and expanded exhibit space. The total cost for the project is estimated at $100 million. No word yet on whether or not the Commission of Fine Arts approved the museum's plans since the initial concept review on April 16. The lease for the museum's location at 800 F Street NW will end in 2017.
