Sneak Peek

Bethesda is in need of more green public spaces, and it looks like a new 30-foot pedestrian plaza is in the works for downtown Bethesda between St. Elmo and Fairmont Avenues. The Robert Dyer @ Bethesda Row blog described the project as "a few years away," but it looks like the preliminary plan is almost complete. Developer Lenkin Companies is already planning on submitting the plans to the Montgomery County Planning Department in a couple weeks. [RobDyer]
