H Street Library Redevelopment

Three developers recently filed documents with the Board of Zoning Adjustment (BZA) to move forward with a project that will raze the R.L. Christian Library at 1300 H Street NW in order to build a four-story mixed-use building. The proposed development would include 6,600-square-feet of ground-floor retail, 36 residential units, and eight parking spaces. Urban Turf reported that the developers are expected to return to the BZA in a few months to present plans for the project. [UT; previously]
