Lanier Heights residents have filed papers to ban pop-ups and large-scale condo conversions in more than 175 lots in the community. The application to the Zoning Commission covers 10.34 acres of land that is zoned R-5-B, which allows a height limit of 50 feet, and residents want to change the zoning to R-4, which allows only 35 feet.
