Ticking Down

According to data released by Freddie Mac, the 30-year fixed-rate mortgage decreased to 3.75 percent, down from 3.8 percent a week ago and 4.28 percent a year ago. The 15-year fixed-rate fell to 3.03 percent, down from last week's 3.07 percent and last year's 3.32 percent. This is the first time mortgage rates have decreased in the past four weeks. [WaPo]
