Welcome to Cornerspotter, Curbed's game in which you try to identify the location and/or identity of a particular building or streetscape in a historic photograph. Impress us and your fellow Curbed readers with your uncanny insight into Washington, D.C. and its past!
History buffs, prepare to get excited because this 19th century home was once the dwelling of President Abraham Lincoln's conspirators. As a boarding house, one of its tenants included John Wilkes Booth. Nowadays, the building is less on the political side and more on the Asian fare side. Can you guess what intersection this building is located on? Leave your guesses in the comments. Bonus points if you can guess what restaurant is currently in this building.
