Maryland's Public Service Commission is working to create stricter regulations for Uber and Lyft drivers. A few ways they hope to do this is by making the drivers apply for passenger-for-hire driver's licenses and extending the amount of time it would take to get the license. Uber and Lyft are fighting back, arguing for their own regulatory classification. [WBJ]
