A developer is planning on redeveloping a Georgetown historic rowhouse, Domino's and parking lot into 26 condominiums, but it looks like their plans will have to change. According to Urban Turf, both ANC 2E and "several neighbors" are against the development due to the project's scale and massing. The developer will have to represent plans for 3255-3259 Prospect Street NW on April 4 to the Old Georgetown Board. [UT]
