Already, over 1,200 residential units are planned for the next few years at H Street Corridor. From townhomes to condo developments, H Street won't look the same from this year to the next. Recently, MRP Realty filed plans for a new development at 315 H Street NE. According to Urban Turf, the developer hopes to build an eight-story, 90-foot building with 125 residential units and 6,000-square-feet of ground-floor retail. While Zoning requires 46 parking spots for the development, MRP Realty is only planning for 29. No word yet on whether or not the units will be condos or rentals.
