The planned 15-story residential tower near 14th Street could become one of Washington, D.C.'s tallest buildings, but the Commission of Fine Arts (CFA) is pushing back to make sure that doesn't happen. The CFA ruled that the building will need to shorten its proposed height from two to four stories. The development is being referred to as Portals V and will be located on 1331 Maryland Avenue SW.
