There are plans for a major overhaul of four Woodmont Triangle buildings at 4901-4909 Fairfmont Avenue in Bethesda, Maryland. Rockville-based architect Steven Karr released renderings and the above design animation on his website, detailing the $5 million construction project expected to be completed by August 2016. The project will include new retail and restaurant spaces with renovations to the 25,000-square-feet of buildings currently located on the site. A 9,500-square-foot addition will also be included in the development. The development will include a lobby and a rooftop patio.
