Hate taking the bus to work? It might just get easier when a new program launches March 23, allowing buses to use the shoulders of I-66 if traffic is moving slower than 35 miles per hour. VDOT spent $600,000 to assess and improve any issues in I-66 where shoulder travel was less safe. [WaPo]
