For the first time in two years, Navy Yard's Buliding 197 is open to the public. The building closed after gunman Aaron Alexis killed 12 and wounded four in September 2013. To honor those whose lives were lost in the event, a remembrance hall was constructed at the entrance of the building. [WAMU]
