An auto repair shop in Trinidad may soon be razed to construct a 53-foot-high condo building. The development will include 52 units, eight surface parking spots, and 19 garage parking spots. According to UrbanTurf, the BZA will need to give variance relief to the project's density and height. The location for the site is 1124-1126 Florida Avenue NE. No word yet on the price range for the units.
