The Zoning Commission unanimously approved a 673-unit development on the Anacostia River. UrbanTurf reported that the project will include 10,000-square-feet of retail, 220 parking spaces, and a public park. The development will feature three buildings and four towers. The first of the four phases of construction will build a 10-story 218-unit residential building. There is no word yet on whether the units will be apartments or condos. The development will be located at 1333 M Street SE near the Potomac Avenue Metro.
