While the H Street streetcar is not yet open to the public, it's still making a profit with 748 tickets issued since July 14, 2014. With a fine of $100 per ticket, 640 tickets were for cars blocking the streetcar's guideway, and 68 tickets were for blocking a platform. [WCP; previously]
