Construction has officially begun for the second phase of the two-phase Camden NoMa apartment complex that is ready to make waves in the neighborhood. The first phase of the Camden NoMa project completed in 2013 with one 307,000-square-foot residential tower with 321 units on 60 L Street NE. The second phase will total 375,000-square-feet with a 14-story, 405-unit building on 61 Pierce Street NE. This phase will also include below-grade parking. This second phase is expected to be completed by 2017.
