'Totally Titanic' Capitol Hill Townhome Asks $970K

Tom Faison strikes again. The poet of Washington, D.C. real estate just listed this four-bedroom townhome in Capitol Hill, a home he describes as "Totally Titanic." Rather than describe the built-ins or rear patio, Faison instead left this literary masterpiece:

Whale of a home, big gentle Grey, but dressed like a Killer, think Moby-big, but slick with muscle, gliding by, dividing formal with social, equally focal spaces in one big blue ocean, its motion, dollars floating, around my boat, up from below, tenants stowed, five berths all told, four heads, Commanding Master, dock for dinghy, sextant thingy, then a sighting. Eastern Market Ho! Totally Titanic.

Besides the home's grey facade, other need-to-know details include that it has a breakfast bar and stainless steel appliances, an in-law suite with a kitchen, and a bathroom only a mime could love. The asking price totals to $968,500.
