$775,000, that's how much this two-bedroom condo in Shaw was worth in 2007. Eight years later, this same unit is on the market for almost double that price. Because of that, it's no wonder that the sole commenter on this week's PriceSpotter guessed too low with $729,000. Some of the features of this condo that caused it to be so expensive include its 10-foot-high ceilings, open floor plan, recessed lighting, and private terrace.
