Founder of Classic Homes Prem Puri has built more than 1,000 homes in Northern Virginia, but recently he's set his sights on building one home a year with each newly built abode funding a school in India. The Washington Post reported that Puri has built five homes so far with each funding the DD Puri Foundation, a foundation that contributes money to India's Patiala School for the Deaf and Blind. Profits from Puri's homes also fund scholarships for refugees from East Africa. This $3.595 million home is one of his India-funding abodes, a mansion located in Potomac Maryland's Falconhurst community. With roughly 11,500-square-feet of space, it offers two master suites, a wine cellar, media room, and exercise room. In the rear of the listing, there is a sandstone patio with a fireplace and cooking space. Other highlights include a wet bar, elevator, and a four-car garage. Take a look inside the six-bedroom, seven-bathroom home with the below photo gallery.
