The owner also hopes to convert the abode into a three-unit apartment building. Two parking spaces will be provided. The listing was sold earlier this year on July 15 for $550,000. There are no reports yet on what the exact price range will be for the apartments, though the current median monthly price for a rental in the neighborhood is $2,150, as reported by PoPville.
