There are plans for a 14-story mixed-use development in Mt. Vernon Triangle with both residential and hotel units. Located at 303-317 K Street NW, this project will house approximately 200 hotel rooms on the first 11 floors and will house approximately 30 apartments on the top three floors. UrbanTurf reported that the project will feature an open court and two levels of below-grade parking with 42 spaces. The developers for this project are Habte Sequar and PGN Architects.
