Testing the Waters

One day, the Anacostia River will be so clean that you'll be able to swim in it. At least, that's what two Anacostia activists dream of with the goal having the river purified within a span of 10 years. Currently, Washington is testing samples of the river for toxins before figuring out ways to make it swimmable or how to pay for whole project. [WaPo]
