Located at 1108 16th Street NW, the former downtown office of Planned Parenthood will be redeveloped to have 18,618-square-feet of office space in the first four floors and 15 residential units in the second four floors. Expect four residential parking spaces, but no commercial spaces. Planned Parenthood's headquarters will relocate near Union Market. No word yet on if the units will be rentals or condos.
