It's go big or go home, and this developer isn't planning on going home any time soon. If approved, Bethesda will have a new residential building that will become the tallest building in the city. At 300 feet, the North Bethesda Market II project will total 740,000-square-feet on 4.5 acres. According to UrbanTurf, the project may include up to 470 units. With the proposal soon heading before the Montgomery County Planning Board, construction could start later this year on this massive project.
