A group of entrepreneurs has informed Maryland regulators that they're capable of creating a high-speed train for the Northeast Corridor. The train, similar to Tokyo's zippy bullet ones, could travel up to 300 miles per hour, making the jaunt between D.C. and Baltimore a mere 15 minutes.
