The Jackson Place Flats development in Brookland is attracting a lot of attention from potential buyers. "We've been getting three to five inquires a week," developer Sassan Gharai told Elevation DC. "We had to decide, do we come to the market early based on the calls or do we wait longer? We wanted to have a unit to show before we actually started selling." The sales office is now on track to open up in a few weeks, despite the project completion date of September 2015. Pricing for all 34 units hasn't been confirmed, but we do know that they start in the mid- to upper-$400,000s.
