Madison Investments announced that they're bringing a new luxe thirty condo building to the edge of Meridian Hill Park. As such, the attached landscaped garden and courtyard might seem a bit redundant, but on the plus side, it'll be a more private way to enjoy the outdoors. What's more, the building will have a 1,500 roof deck available to residents of all thirty condos and private roof decks for the two lucky people in the penthouse suites.
