On Monday, everyone got a glimpse of this two bedroom condo just north of U Street. This one isn't in one of the larger condo projects between the 9:30 Club and the 14th Street Corridor, either, it's in a new building on 10th Street that only has four condos. There weren't as many guesses this week, but both commenters were almost dead on, just going slightly above and slightly below the actual asking price of $679,000.
