Peep the Floorplans and Interior Renderings for Ontario 17

New, 1 comment

When the Ontario Theater became wrecking ball dust, D.C. lost a cultural landmark, although Adams Morgan in turn gained an intriguing development project. That the 80-condo building will incorporate the historic canopy and corner units with long semi-circular balconies has long been apparent, but now the condos' official website is looking to show that the project is more than a unique looking yellow exterior. At least a few of these condos (from the looks of the floor plans, it's the penthouses) will span two levels, plus that unique exterior will include the always-popular roof deck.

Plus, Ontario 17 has available price points, so now you know that you can pick up a one bedroom penthouse (in the high $400s) for less than other residents will pay for a garden variety two bedroom suite (which start in the mid $600s). The non-penthouse one bedrooms will ask in the high $300s and for those who will gladly sacrifice personal space for the opportunity to live in AdMo, there will be studios asking in the high $200s. Ogle those new images and floorplans after the jump.
