Days are numbered for Pizza Pass and Chef Tony's in Bethesda, and now there's an exterior sketch and floor plans available for St. Elmo's Apartments, the 16-story mixed-use that will replace them. That said, the two restaurants won't be demolished quite yet: construction isn't projected to start on the 210-unit apartment building until 2016 at the earliest.
