The construction at 2241 14th Street took shape very quickly, covering up Black Family Reunion, a 1994 G. Byron Peck mural within a matter of mere weeks. Although the corner of 14th and Florida no longer remotely resembles the used car lot which had been sitting there for ages, it's also still a ways from completion and there's no specific timeline as to when those thirty new studio and one bedroom apartments will start leasing. However, to hold folks over, new exterior renderings have been released and they're available for your viewing pleasure after the jump. However, for those hoping for a closer look at the dual rooftop terraces, you'll have to wait just a little longer.
