Anyone bemoaning how small their NoMa studio is shouldn't look at the $5.625 million McLean mansion on the market and spotlighted on Washingtonian's OpenHouse blog. Those bags of cash would net the well-heeled buyer 12,000 square feet including a Carrera marble kitchen with two(!) islands, a gift-wrapping room and a huge master suite plus Versailles-like gardens.
