A longtime halfway house near the CityMarket at O in Shaw may morph into a condo development from Lock7. Washington Business Journal's Michael Neibauer reports the property, at 1514 Eighth St. NW, is under contract to the firm known for both conversions and new condo buildings. If the deal goes through, Lock7 plans to add on to the 1956 structure and put in nine condo or apartment units, depending on the demand. -Jenn Barger [WPJ]
