Logan Circle's Newest Luxury Condos Ready for Their Close-up

In Logan Circle, the number of contemporary condo buildings — Lofts 11 (1125 11th St. NW), Logan Park (1616 11th St. NW) — is starting to rival the zone's vintage rowhouse stock. The next member of the mod squad is CASRiegler's coyly named Holm, coming to 1550 11th St. NW in early 2015. It'll boast 38 units in a blocky-yet-glam four-story building. One-bedrooms and two-bedrooms are on offer, including what look to be penthouse-level pads with roof decks. Jumbo windows, a rustic wood and slick marble lobby plus balconies up the appeal. There will also be retail on the ground floor, and an endless chance to make bad home-y puns. (Welcome Holm! Holm sweet Holm!).
