The difference a year can make may mean very little in terms of things like global climate change but in the past year, this Mt. Pleasant rowhouse has completely transformed. In 2013, it was clearly a fixer-upper that had such wonderful amenities as water stains on the ceilings and decrepit wooden paneling on the walls. The rowhouse, then red, sold last March at $615,000. But the house got more than just an exterior paint job: the kitchen is brand new, the backyard has been refurbished, the floor plan has opened up on the first floor and none of the doors look like they might fall apart at any second. As such, ask has skyrocketed to $1.2 million. We have a few more before and after comparisons after the jump.
