Here are the Updated Renderings for Waterfront Station

Not that Southwest D.C. has any shortage of projects that are either planned or well underway, but now there's a new enormous mixed use project called Waterfront Station to add to the mix. To be fair, the 11-story 365-unit building had been on the table for awhile, but the permit applications have just now been filed since the developers had to make some adjustments. The most exciting of those changes is a rooftop tree grove although the renderings don't focus closely enough on the roof to demonstrate whether it will be even more green and leafy than your standard, everyday green roof. Construction may start as soon as the end of 2014 with anticipated delivery in 2016. Take a look at the rest of the renderings after the jump.
