It's happening: the rash of development on 14th Street is starting to creep northward. Developer PT Blooms' new boutique condo project Banneker Hill is still closer to U Street than Columbia Heights, but this may be a trend worth watching. Will the northern reaches of 14th Street start seeing some of Logan Circle's boom? The renderings provided (most of them black and white sketches) show that at least three of the seven units will have their own private balconies and the condos should be sizable considering that seven of them will span five stories. Although no price points have been unveiled yet, the condos will go on sale later this year so stay tuned to this space for more information.
