At this time last year, D.C. knew that m.flats would be the name of the residential building coming to 450 K Street NW but not much else. Go to the official website now; there's not much more than a mailing list signup and a lot of pictures of the young, beautiful people that they're clearly targeting. Now we know that m.flats is hoping to lure the pretty folk into studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments; 233 of them to be exact. Additionally, they'll be ready for move-ins by the end of the year. Also of note, the rendering above still shows shuttered strip club The Cloakroom in the corner of the image. Although there's a tree strategically blocking the part of the building that collapsed, this drawing was likely created before that incident. There's another exterior view after the jump.
