Shaw Will Get Nine Very Large Apartments With The Oslo

Between the completed condos of City Market at O and the anticipated fashion forward apartments of The Shay, Shaw has become home to several large projects, intent on holding sizable fractions of the neighborhood's residents. The Oslo is taking a different approach. There are only nine apartments, but the reason that the building still looks like it's the size of the Jawa Sandcrawler from Star Wars is that all of the apartments have either three or four bedrooms. That said, the marketing team at Ditto Development seems to be targeting the younger demographic rather than families with language like, "Never again will you argue over whose turn it is to buy toilet paper," since each room has its own bathroom. Also, the balconies spanning multiple apartments seem to emphasize a desire for community building, something that the advertising language also stresses. "You (should) know your neighbors. There's only 33 of you." The building will deliver later this year, but you can take a look at some exterior images right now.
