Apartment Therapy's Small Cool contest is tallying up votes through the end of the week, and from the looks of it, the winner of the Teeny-Tiny Division will probably hail from the District. Boneyard Studios, the collection of itty-bitty houses in Stronghold has already been featured in publications like Dwell and on programming on HGTV and now the Minim House owned by Brian Levy and designed by Foundry Architects has 1178 favorites for the Small Cool Contest. That's over 400 votes ahead of the person that's coming in second in that division. To be fair, this home is not only sustainable with rainwater catchment and solar panels, it has cool features like a desk that can fold out and hold the owner's keyboard. Take a look at a few more photos after the jump.
