Two days ago, you got to catch a glimpse of this two bedroom loft with cool East Asian artwork in Adams Morgan. The updated kitchen probably masked the fact that this was located in the Delancey Lofts as it's not their standard design and perhaps for that reason, all five of the guesses we received went over. The closest guess was $685K. Somehow this one had the exact same price as the Hill East Pricespotter from two weeks ago and no, that was not planned. But since one guesser said that they want this place (and we suspect they aren't alone) there are more photos after the jump.
