While the folks behind the fancy residences at 460NYA were throwing parties and giving potential residents a chance to customize their condos prior to building, they opted out of releasing renderings for the individual suites. But now construction has begun and a website is live showing the variety of finishes. It looks like the rooms with dark cabinets have light colored countertops and vice versa. Also, there's a look at what the living area will look like both with and without shelving around the big screen television that will obviously take over the wall. Prices range from the mid $300s to $750K and it's possible to purchase now in advance of the building's delivery later this year.
