It's Official: The Embassy of Georgia Has Sold For $3.2 Million

The Embassy of Georgia will not be remaining in their home on Massachusetts Avenue for much longer. Real estate management company Delshah Capital announced that the 9,000 square foot building has been sold for $3.2 million. The Embassy of Georgia had announced their intention to move to the 1800 block of R Street back in November. The new owners of the building on Massachusetts Avenue are the RezRoss Investment Group, who have not yet announced plans for the building.
