While people may not be familiar with either namesake of the Wheatley-Butler House in Georgetown, chances are that they've at least seen the house itself. The bright red colonial townhouse is a stand out property in the Eastern Village of Georgetown and there's also a plaque on the facade establishing its historic status. The three bedroom house built in 1854 is a little narrow, which is especially noticeable in the common areas. That said, the barbecues on that droolworthy patio are probably spectacular. Take a look at the rest of the $1.25 million home.
