Slowly but surely more condo options are making their way to Hill East, land of the historic row house. Kennedy Row opened a year ago, the renovated Edmonds School condos are starting to take shape and now, renderings have popped up for a place called Kingston Capitol Hill. Although the renderings don't show off the private balconies that every single unit has (down to the tiny 390 square foot condo), the aerial view does allow for a view of the roof deck, of which the three duplexes each get their own personal chunk. Prices start at $225,000 and the building will deliver this summer but you can take a look at some more early renderings right now.
