Own McLean Architect's Award Winning $2.9M Home

New, 1 comment

Architect Micheline Papadakou-Young may not be a household name but this McLean house that she's lived in since the 1980s shows that perhaps she should be. This modern seven bedroom monster of a home is also a past winner of a Metropolitan DC Area Masonry Design Award. The curved brass banisters are a unique touch and there's ample light all over the uniquely built wooden home. Plus, it looks like that artwork over the fireplace came straight out of the movie Tron. Take a look at the rest of her $2.9 million house after the jump.
