Probably every third tier hotel has at least a small gym with a treadmill in the lobby, but Rockville is about to up the ante and pump its visitors up. The EVEN Hotel, which will open in the space once occupied by the Legacy Hotel on July 11 is geared toward the sort of health and wellness fanatics who immediately search for the nearest CrossFit Gyms on Yelp upon arrival in any given city. The renderings for the hotel rooms show that there's gym equipment included in the individual suites. Note the floor mat, exercise ball and exercise ropes connected to the wall.
