While home hunters got a useful app in the form of HomeSnap two years ago, the designers of the photo-friendly technology have apparently decided that the people purchasing the homes should not have all the fun. Yes, anyone looking to buy can still snap a photo of the home and then find out everything about said home from its square footage to its school boundaries but now realtors have their own version called HomeSnap Pro. In any case, realtors in the D.C. area now have HomeSnap Pro and all other agents are just going to have to wait. Now, by using the app on a tablet or smartphone they can receive new multiple listing service (MLS) information in real time and portfolios of other neighborhood agents (among other things). Get jealous, West Coast agents and check out some screen shots from the iPad version of the app.
