The D.C. United stadium deal may still be in limbo, but the possibility of moving superstar tennis team the Washington Kastles temporarily to Waterfront Station is completely kaput. The Kastles' season will begin on July 9th in another, unknown, location and an art installation will open up at the generally unused Southwest lot in September.
